Among all the Top 20 banks in the United States, USAA stands out as the best in social media. Last December, the most recent month for which we had data, USAA generated more than 1.5% of its web sites visits from social media sites. While that number might sound low, it is higher than JPMorgan Chase, Citibank and Wells Fargo & Co.
